Kiyan Anthony looks all grown up in new photos with his mom, La La Anthony. Fans could not get over the youngster’s height in recent candids shared on Instagram.
The occasion was a fashion show hosted by Lionne Clothing. La La was dressed to impress while Kiyan rocked jeans along with a t-shirt. Fans could not get over Kiyan’s growth long enough to place an emphasis on La La’s attire.
“He’s so tall now,” one social media follower exclaimed. “You look amazing,” the fan told La La. Another of the celebrity mom’s subscribers said. “Kiyan is grown!” Yet another supporter wrote, “He got big quick.”
It is hard to believe that Kiyan Anthony is 14-years-old. Many still remember the teen from his younger years of celebrating birthdays with his mom’s Facebook fans and participating in fashion shows as a children’s model. Kiyan has indeed grown in height and depth over the years. These days it is not uncommon to find the youngster practicing to be a stellar basketball player like his father.
La La Anthony recently delved into her life as a working mom during an interview with PEOPLE. “The balancing act is hard,” the celebrity mom admitted. “I’m still figuring it out, but I’m starting to understand how having that ‘me time’ ‘- having that workout time makes me a better person,” La La said. “[In the past], anytime I wasn’t working, I felt like I wasn’t doing enough or I felt guilty or I felt bad. And I realized it all goes hand in hand, I’m going to work smarter and harder and better when I’ve had that ‘me time’ or workout time.”
La La Anthony is passing on the value of hard, yet smart, work to her son. “Kiyan and I do work out together,” the celebrity mom said during her recent interview with PEOPLE. “He’s an incredible basketball player. So I go to his practices a lot,” La La added.
“A lot of it is me watching him workout,” Anthony admitted. “But seeing him in the gym and how focused he is, it motivates me to be more on it because I don’t just want to be sitting around while he’s busting his butt, doing all of that stuff.”
