“Everything I’m doing is really for my kids,” Lil Baby declared. “I want more kids than I got because once you get older, you start to look at life differently,” the rapper explained. “Where I come from, I’m the only one, so I have to build the generation up and keep the family going. I need more children to continue the legacy.”

Lil Baby fathers two sons, Loyal and Jason. Some may remember Loyal from his successful children’s book venture earlier this year. Loyal sold out his publication within a matter of minutes, which prompted the youngster’s mom, Jayda Cheaves, to thank supporters in an Instagram post.

“It hasn’t even been 20 minutes and my baby’s books are almost sold out,” Jayda shared on Loyal’s fifth birthday. “I swear I wasn’t expecting this,” Cheaves shared. “But I must say thank y’all SO much,” she added.

Fans love Lil Baby and his family largely because of the rapper’s big heart. It was just last year that Lil Baby donated upwards of $1.5 million to Black communities. The celebrity’s contributions came from proceeds earned from his hit record ‘The Bigger Picture.’ Some view Lil Baby as quite the role model for his efforts, which has caused the celebrity to be more mindful of his actions.

“My life feels like a responsibility,” Lil Baby shared with Billboard. “I’m not even trying to be no role model, honestly,” the rapper continued. “[But] now that I know that I am, I try to carry myself differently, because I got people watching. I don’t even be doing what I really want to do. I do what I gotta do now.”

Lil Baby hosted a back-to-school drive in Atlanta on Sunday (August 8) to benefit underprivileged kids. The rapper gave away everything from backpacks to laptops at the charity event.
