Coco Austin is standing firm on her beliefs about breastfeeding. Ice-T’s wife recently stopped by Daily Pop on E! to talk about the controversy surrounding her decision to continue breastfeeding her daughter, Chanel Nicole, at 5-years-old.

“I’m not an argue-er,” Coco Austin shared. “Whatever you want to believe, you can believe,” she added. “But I just don’t believe that [if] society says they should stop at 2 [years old], you as a mother should stop because they said so. I’m not going to stop because I feel like it’s a great bonding experience between her and I.”

Coco Austin asked her daughter directly if she enjoyed their nursing time during the Daily Pop segment. “Do you love the boob,” the celebrity mom asked her daughter. Chanel responded to her mom by saying, “Yeah” in affirmation of her enjoying her mom’s breast milk.
