Marsai Martin was unquestionably the life of the BET Awards in Anna Kiki.

The talented 16-year-old actress, producer, and entrepreneur, made sure to celebrate like no other at the 2021 BET Awards. Martin hit the runway in front of the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles ready to both slay and play.

The teen caught up with former Little costar Issa Rae for a reunion, she also took time to pose for the camera with other A-listers such as Chloe Bailey, Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak, fellow Texas native, Megan Thee Stallion, and many more.

Not only was Martin a presenter during the awards show, she also won an award herself for BET‘s Young Stars.

Martin has been very busy lately with a multitude of upcoming projects in addition to her role as Diane on the hit ABC television show, Black-ish. The teen has lent her voice to the upcoming new Paramount + movie, Paw Patrol: The Movie, starring not only Martin, but a host of other familiar faces that include: Kim Kardashian, Jimmy Kimmel, Yara Shahidi, among others.

When Martin found out that Kardashian was going to be her in the movie as well, she told Entertainment Tonight that, “I have not met them all! You know what the funny thing is while I was doing sessions, before that I didn’t know who was in movie,” Martin explained that they all recorded their parts separately during the. “I was doing a couple scenes, and they’re like, ‘You know Kim is talking to you?’ I’m like, ‘Wait what?!’”

The teen went on to tell ET‘s Nischelle Turner, in terms of her character Liberty, that “She’s so wild and a free spirit. She’s so energetic and fun and I feel like she’d actually make a perfect fit into the PAW Patrol because of how amazing and wild she is.”

If Liberty has any of Martin’s style in the movie, we know that she’s going to be one ultra sleek pup that we cannot wait to get to know!

Paw Patrol: The Movie debuts August 20th!
