Kelly Rowland could not have a room full of family members physically present when she gave birth to her youngest son, Noah Weatherspoon, because of coronavirus restrictions. Such is the reason why the ‘COFFEE’ singer gave birth by way of ZOOM.
“The last time, when I had [my first son] Titan, my family was in there, and this time they weren’t,” Rowland told Kallen Allen during her recent appearance on ELLEN. “Everybody was feeling a way (sic) about that because we like to be at each other’s births. So yeah, we got on Zoom and everyone was there.”
Kelly Rowland and her husband, Tim Weatherspoon, welcomed their son in January. “On the 21st day, of the 21st year, of the 21st Century, Noah Jon Weatherspoon greeted us,” Kelly shared with her Instagram fans after giving birth to her youngest son. “We are truly grateful.”
Noah has brought light and love to his parents and older brother, Titan Weatherspoon. “It’s very interesting, you know, I think the whole left side of my shirt right now, actually if I’m being honest, smells like spit-up,” Kelly mused during her appearance on ELLEN. “I’m happy, and my son is absolutely in love with his baby brother, and we’re just really happy,” the singer continued. “It’s really sweet,” the celebrity mom added. “The house is very sweet. I love it.”
Many still reminisce about the days of Kelly Rowland singing with Destiny’s Child. “I always say, Destiny’s Child is one thing; that’s singing together and winning awards and everything like that,” Rowland shared. “But the friendship that we share still to this day, I just can’t even tell you,” Kelly gushed. “I love my girls, my sisters.”
Kelly Rowland and Tim Weatherspoon celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary this year. Titan turns 7-years-old in November.
