Kelly Rowland is in pure bliss with her baby boy, Noah Jon Weatherspoon. The ‘Coffee’ singer shared photos of her family on Instagram Stories earlier this week.
“Bliss” was the only word Kelly could use to describe her life as the mom of two kids. Dozens of the singer’s social media fans agreed that Rowland’s family was simply adorable.
It was just a few weeks ago that Kelly and her husband, Tim Weatherspoon, welcomed their youngest son. Noah joined his older brother, Titan Weatherspoon, at home to the excitement o the little one’s parents.
“I feel like the pandemic was a great time to be pregnant,” Kelly said during a recent interview with Billboard. “Tim [Witherspoon] and I were talking about having a baby, and then we were presented the opportunity to do so. We were like, ‘Let’s just see what happens,'” the celebrity said of her and her husband’s decision to pursue having another child.
“Being pregnant during a pandemic wasn’t as hard as I thought — you do have to keep moving, though,” Rowland admitted. “I promised myself that I didn’t just want to stay on the couch. To stay busy, I was taking a walk or going swimming with my son, Titan, or working out. I just kept moving, and I’m happy that I did because I feel like it just allowed my brain to just breathe as well.”
Kelly Rowland inspired dozens to make the most of lockdowns with Instagram posts that featured her during exercise routines. Social media fans were especially amazed to see the recording artist completing workouts while nine months pregnant. Rowland even launched a new fashion brand during her pregnancy and released an EP, K, last month.
“I had a ton of creative thoughts this time around with my second pregnancy,” Rowland shared with Billboard. “I found it such a blessing to be surrounded by creativity,” the recording artist added. “Whether it was dreaming about something or daydreaming about something, I had creativity all around me, even though I was just in the house.”
“Whether it was a conversation I had with my son, or my husband, or a disagreement, or looking through my art books … I captured all of those moments through my music. I wanted to make sure that the album felt alive.”
