Safaree Samuels is threatening to divorce his wife Erica Mena yet again. The rapper took to Twitter earlier today to let his fans know that he is ‘walking away’ from his marriage.

“I mean this from the bottom of my heart getting married was 1 of my BIGGEST mistakes and it will never happen again,” he wrote. Adding, “I’m walking away before I End up in jail over some dumb [stuff]. Nobody is worth my freedom!!!”

Erica Mena responded by letting her fans know that her husband is selfish towards her and their daughter.

“Since you always run to social media like a little girl I might as well join in. I absolutely agree with you on this. You are the most selfish, vain and inconsiderate person. And not just with me but your only daughter!”

She continued, “Out of RESPECT for my daughter and to honor my growth as a woman. I’m going to get back to doing what I do best. Make money and be only about my business. Entertaining social media with my issues isn’t my thing.”

This is not the first time Safaree has threatened divorce. The musician announced last year in November that he would be he would be “Ending 2020 right!!” as a “BACHELOR!!”

He later changed his mind saying, “A man is nothing without his family. Im not a bachelor & I love my wife I would never disrespect the mother of my child or wife. Sorry for being childish & Salute to all the real men out there.”

Samuels and Mena tied the knot on October 7th, 2019. “Married. Thank you to my brother @edendiamonds for designing our wedding bands. 10-7-19 MR. & Mrs. Samuels,” Safaree wrote in a post in 2019.

The couple later welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Safire Majesty, in February 2020. Despite loving being a dad, Safaree recently revealed that he does not want more kids for fear that his wife will get ‘Fat again”.

“You say it all the time,” Erica said to her husband during a recent Love and Hip Hop: Secrets Unlocked episode. “You mentioned my stomach afterward,” Mena continued. “You said, ‘You got too big, I got too big. I don’t want to be fat, again.’ That’s what you said.”
