Ciara is celebrating her husband, Russell Wilson, for being an amazing husband and father. The ‘Beauty Marks’ singer took to Instagram this past weekend to celebrate her husband’s accomplishment as Man of The Year.
“You’re the most selfless, loving, and caring person I know,” Ciara wrote to Russell. “Your heart, dedication, and commitment to taking care of others is (sic) truly what sets you apart. It’s one of the most beautiful and attractive things about you! I’m so proud of you and to be a part of your great mission to impact others!”
Russell Wilson was given the Walter Payton Man of The Year award by the NFL this past weekend. The award is given to the player who exemplifies excellence both on and off the field. Every NFL club nominates one player every season. Wilson, who is recognized as one of the most generous philanthropists in the league, was nominated by the Seattle Seahawks last December.
“Proud to call you my Husband. Proud of the Father you are to our children. Proud of the Man you are to our family,” Ciara wrote to her husband this past weekend. “I love you so much @DangeRussWilson,” the celebrity mom exclaimed. Congratulations on the Walter Payton MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD Babe! You really are That Man!”
Russell also took to Instagram to celebrate his award as Man of The Year. “Grateful,” the star athlete shared on Instagram along with a picture of him posing while standing beside his trophy. “Love changes things,” Wilson wrote online in another Instagram post that featured him with his wife.
“I love you so much,” Ciara said in response to her husband’s social media post. “Love is always the answer and the way,” CiCi added. “So proud of you.”
Ciara and Russell Wilson have two children, Sienna and Win, together. Ciara also has a son, Future Zahir, with rapper Future.
