Kia Proctor, the ex-girlfriend of New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton, and their kids are all in for Halloween.
Kia Proctor and Cam Newton share five children, 4-year-old Chosen, 3-year-old Sovereign-Dior, 1-year-old Camidas, and Cashmere Newton (born December 2019). Kia also has a 12-year-old daughter, Shakira, from a previous relationship.
Kia and her kids took to Instagram to show off their superheroic Halloween spirit, with each of them portraying a superhero for Halloween. Kia and the boys dressed as DC superheroes, as Kia was Wonder Woman and Chosen, Camidas, and Cashmere each dressed as The Flash. Sovereign-Dior dressed as a Marvel superhero, opting to be Princess Shuri from Black Panther. Kia captioned the posts with: “👻🎃👻,” “💜,” and “👻.”
Cam Newton and Proctor started dating in 2013 and raised their children together, but they broke up during January 2020 after it was found that Newton fathered a “secret baby” (Caesar Newton) with La Reina Shaw. Proctor and Newton have since been battling in court for custody of their kids and in September 2020, their battle heated up with Kia demanding $15,000 in child support from Cam.
While Kia is getting ready for Halloween with the kids, Cam Newton is traveling with his Patriots. Cam was signed by the Patriots in the offseason after he was released by the Carolina Panthers after nine seasons, winning the NFL MVP award and leading them to Super Bowl 50 in 2015.
Although Cam has shown flashes of excellence as the Patriots quarterback, the Patriots’ season has been underwhelming so far, as they currently have a losing record of 2-4. In the Patriots’ Week 7 game against the San Francisco 49ers, the Patriots were routed 33-6, with Cam getting benched in the third quarter after going 9-15 and throwing for only 98 yards and three interceptions. The Patriots look to rebound in Week 8 as they take on the Buffalo Bills on November 1.
