Chrissy Teigen may be quiet online right now, but the model wants everyone to know she is making it through a difficult time. The celebrity recently took to Instagram with a short message to her fans after her husband, John Legend, penned a sweet message to his wife following her miscarriage.
“We are quiet but we are okay,” Chrissy told her social media fans. “Love you all so much,” the celebrity added.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen lost their unborn child last month after enduring several procedures to save their baby. The couple named their son Jack weeks before their loss. John Legend dedicated his Billboard Awards performance of ‘Never Break’ to Chrissy days after their son’s death.
“I’m in awe of the strength you’ve shown through the most challenging moments,” John wrote to Chrissy. “We’ve experienced the miracle, the power and joy of this gift, and now we’ve deeply felt its inherent fragility,” he added.
“I wrote this song because I have faith that as long as we walk this earth, we will hold each other’s hands through every tear, through every up and down, through every test,” John shared. “We promised each other this on our wedding day seven years ago, and every challenge we’ve faced has made that promise more powerful, more resilient. Our love will remain. We will never break.”
