Nicki Minaj has revealed the gender of her baby and it’s a boy. The rapper took to her Instagram a few minutes ago to make the announcement. She wrote, “Thank you to Queen B, Kim & Ye, Riccardo Tisci, Winnie, Karol & everyone who sent well wishes during this time. It meant the world to me. I am so grateful & in love with my son. Madly in love. My favorite liddo boy in the whole wide world.”
Nicki Minaj and husband Kenneth “Zoo” Petty welcomed their first child together last month. The couple welcomed their baby on Wednesday, Sept. 30, in Los Angeles, a source tells People.com.
Minaj, 37, announced her pregnancy news on Instagram in July, alongside a series of photos.
“#Preggers ,” Minaj captioned. “Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement & gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes,” She later added.
The rapper and Petty secretly wed after getting a marriage license in June 2019.
“We did get our marriage license,” the “Anaconda” rapper said during her show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio. “I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness. It was so hard to get to a happy place. Now that I’m there, I don’t want to compromise that for anyone or anything.”
