Chrissy Teigen, the wife of singer John Legend, recently shared a clip of her growing baby bump and her pregnancy cravings on her Instagram Story. In the video, Teigen wore only a flowing white robe as she cradled her pregnant belly and was in awe at how fast her third baby is growing. “Wow. Third baby grows fast. How is this possible?” said Teigen.
When it comes to her pregnancy cravings, Chrissy Teigen prefers simplicity despite being a famous cook with her own line of cookbooks, which is ironically called Cravings. In another Instagram Story video, Teigen showed off her cravings, which are Blow Pop Minis and Lunchables.
“Tonight’s pregnancy nightstand mix brought to you by Blow Pop Minis — I’m really crazy addicted to Blow Pops right now, mainly green apple,” shared Teigen. “Also, ham-and-cheddar Lunchables. I heat up each piece of meat so I don’t get Listeria because you’re not supposed to have deli meat pregnant.”
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have two children, 4-year-old Luna and 2-year-old Miles, and on August 13, Teigen announced that she was pregnant with their third child, which took them both by surprise, considering Teigen’s past fertility issues and the fact the Luna and Miles were both born via in-vitro fertilization. “I didn’t think I could get pregnant naturally anyway,” Teigen said on Twitter. “So the odds just felt…bad. But what they say so often can be true. When you give up on trying, life has a way of surprising you.”
Though they were caught off guard, the happy couple is eagerly awaiting the newest member of their family. “It was a surprise, a little quarantine surprise, I guess you could say,” said Legend during an interview with TODAY. “But we’re very excited, and we’re grateful for all the well-wishes we’ve gotten from people all around the world. Thank you so much.”
