RILEY BURRUSS’ SEND OFF TO NYU INCLUDED LOTS OF LOVE AND TREATS

"Here I Come"

Kandi Burruss had the help of family when giving her daughter, Riley Burruss, a beautiful send off to New York University (NYU) this past weekend. Malek Binns of Frosted by Malek made the celebration something sweet with custom-made cookies.

Binns tried to express the college experience with his assortment of cookies. The sweet treat that garnered the most attention, though, was the cookie with Riley’s face on it. “@rileyburruss on a cookie! One of my favorites,” Malek told his social media followers.

There was much to celebrate at Riley Burruss’ send off. Not only did the young scholar gain acceptance into her primary school of choice, but Riley also has the opportunity to study at a university that some only dream of attending.

“So blessed to have received an amazing education, and special thanks to my amazing mom who is the reason I will be going to my dream school,” Riley shared upon closing out her high school career a few weeks ago. “Wishing all other members of the class of 2020 the best during such a hard time,” the young adult added. “NYU, here I come,” Riley wrote online.

Riley’s leaving home comes with both excitement and a tinge of sadness. Ace Wells Tucker will especially miss his older sister who often took time away from her day to play with her little brother.

Riley Burruss is Kandi Burruss’ oldest child. The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) star and her husband, Todd Tucker, parent four kids in all. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
