Golden Cannon, the son of actor Nick Cannon and his ex Brittany Bell, is only 3-years-old, but he is already a polyglot, meaning he can speak multiple languages.
Brittany Bell posted a short Instagram video of Golden having a “counting test,” and he showed off his multi-lingual skills by counting from 1-10 in four languages: Mandarin, Spanish, French, and English. Brittany marveled at Golden’s intelligence in the caption.
“My little king is quadrilingual ♥️ or in better word a polyglot 🤯 he surprised me with the French and I couldn’t believe he even added it in!?” wrote Brittany. “He amazes me with all he is becoming yet I know his spirit and I’m not surprised. ♥️ this is his first time counting completely on his own with his fingers and no guidance. We teach him how powerful he is in many avenues and limitless learning/education is one. “You are a part of something way bigger” 🖤 never too young.”
Golden Cannon didn’t stop at those four languages, he also speaks Hebrew. Brittany recently posted another adorable Instagram video of Golden counting from 1-10 in Hebrew after “only one day of learning.” In the caption: Brittany gushed about how much she loves showing Golden new languages and hopes to have him learn Arabic next.
“It’s Golden’s very first-time solo trying HEBREW counting!” wrote Brittany. “Literally after only one day of learning! (The pronunciation will come!) He was going to keep going to 12 but I got excited and stopped him at 10 😝 After Hebrew maybe he will let mommy introduce Arabic. So many beautiful languages and history to learn but he inspires me to learn with him!!! 🖤 Shalom!!!!!!!”
In addition to their polyglot son Golden, Nick Cannon and Brittany Bell are expecting another child. Nick Cannon also shares two children, 9-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe Cannon with his famous ex-wife, singer Mariah Carey.
