Mendeecees is grateful to be back home with his wife, Yandy Smith, and kids. The celebrity father took to Instagram on Wednesday (February 5) to celebrate his family after being released from prison last month.
“Having a place to go is a home,” Mendeecees wrote online. “Having someone to love is a family,” the celebrity father continued. “Having both is a BLESSING. Family is everything.” Mendeecees concluded his post by thanking his supporters for sending well wishes upon his return home. “They’re really appreciated and it doesn’t go unnoticed,” the celebrity dad exclaimed.
“Beautiful family,” one fan said. “So glad you’re back with your family,” Another of Mendeecees’s supporters wrote.
Mendeecees was released from prison near the end of last month. Yandy shared a video clip of their son, O’mere Harris, practicing the piano right before going to meet his father. “He has no idea he’s about to perform for his biggest fan,” Yandy told her fans.
It was just last December that Yandy Smith and the kids visited Mendeecees in prison. The celebrity mom was hopeful of her husband’s release at the time but, nevertheless, refused to stop working regardless of the outcome of Mendeecees’s possible release.
“I started a new company called Yelle Skincare,” Yandy shared during a recent interview. “That has taken up all of my time,” the Love and Hip Hop: New York (LHHNY) star explained. “And I have amazing babies,” Yandy continued. “I have two babies that I birthed, and then I have Infinity. So I’ve been really busy. I’ve been keeping super busy, and that’s kind of what helps me get through this.”
Mendeecees and Yandy Smith have two kids, O’mere and Skylar Harris, together. The celebrity couple parents four kids in all. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
