Jeffrey Charles Tarpley has officially hit the teenage years. Sherri Shepherd took to social media earlier this week to vent about a few things and rearing a teenage son going through the mood swing stage was one.
“So much transition in my life I feel like my head is spinning. Everything seems a little off,” Sherri began her candid note. “A lot of no’s being thrown my way,” she added. “[I’m] being told I am a ‘tough sell’… raising my very moody teenage son by myself… (if you see his dad tell him his son’s mother needs a little help)… child support payments to two baby daddies.”
Sherri Sheherd was ordered to pay child support to both Jeffrey’s father and Lamar Sally, who is the father of Sherri’s youngest son, Lamar Sally Jr. The celebrity mom objected to giving Lamar Sally Sr. child support for their son centrally because their son was born via a surrogate. Sherri’s rationale was that she technically was not the mother of little Lamar. A judge saw things differently, however.
“[I] gotta stay employed because if I don’t the entire house of cards will collapse,” Sherri wrote of her current status as the breadwinner. “[I am] needed by many and only able to help a few,” she added. “So thankful for friends that are holding me down bc at this moment I am careening,” Shepherd admitted. “But even in the midst of uncertainty, I know that God is in control. Just have to breathe … mood… #tired #singlemommingsucks #jesustakethewheel.”
