Kaavia James Union Wade had an eventful week! The daughter of Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade took swimming lessons and spent quality time at home with the family last week.
One clip of Kaavia having fun with her dad showed the little one giggling while bouncing around. “I can’t wait to watch old episodes of Martin with @kaaviajames,” Gabrielle told her Instagram fans. “Her laugh is EVERYTHING I need in my life,” the celebrity mom exclaimed.
Another clip of baby Kaavia showed the little one fearlessly jumping into the pool at the direction of her swimming coach. “Ms. Monica said, ‘Go!’ And @kaaviajames just jumped off the step,” Gabrielle Union wrote. “I don’t know how to feel about this at 9-months-old,” the celebrity mom continued. “It’s wild and I’ve got permanent proud mama face,” Union concluded.
Motherhood looks fabulous on Gabrielle. The America’s Got Talent judge continues to navigate her work schedule while being a mom and wife at home.
“I don’t even know if I’m feeling guilt or fear or exhaustion,” Union said when recently asked about her hectic work schedule in relation to home life. “I don’t know,” the celebrity mom added. “I feel nuts.”
Union went on to tell the press, “Part of the journey is being OK with how others—specifically moms—are viewing you, judging you, praising you.” The actress concluded, “You feel raw and exposed and vulnerable.”
