Ayesha Curry can put another gig on her resume. The Honest Company, founded by Jessica Alba and Christopher Gavigan, recently welcomed Mrs. Curry to their team as an ambassador.
“Ayesha amazes me,” Alba said in a statement regarding Ayesha’s new role. “She’s an incredible chef, dedicated mom, and inspiring entrepreneur,” the L.A.’s Finest actress explained. “She is all about living a happy, healthy life and what she uses in her home and on her babies has always been super important to her. Ayesha values perfectly align with Honest’s mission which makes her the ultimate Honest Mama and I am thrilled to be partnering with her!”
Ayesha Curry and Jessica Alba have been friends since 2013. Alba founded The Honest Company two years prior in hopes of offering parents such as herself a better lineup of products for their children. “I founded The Honest Company because I wanted safe, effective products that perform,” Alba says on the company’s website. “After all, you shouldn’t have to choose between what works and what’s good for you,” she added.
Jessica’s mission has proven effective as The Honest Company was valued at near $1 billion in 2017. There is no telling how far the brand will go with Ayesha Curry as ambassador. The celebrity mom does, after all, have a restaurant along with a home goods brand of her own and a television series.
Ayesha and her husband Steph Curry have three children – Riley, Ryan, and Cannon – together. Learn more about The Honest Company here!
