Kevin Hunter, Sr., blames Wendy Williams for his challenged relationship with their son, Kevin Hunter, Jr. The estranged husband of the talk show host was allegedly in good standing with his young adult son until Wendy got in young Kevin’s ear.

According to TMZ,
“Sources with direct knowledge of the divorce say Wendy’s estranged husband has been vocal, accusing Wendy of poisoning his relationship with their son, getting in his ear and talking smack about him … at least that’s what he’s been saying.”

Kevin Hunter, Sr., reportedly made numerous attempts to contact his son after Wendy Williams filed for divorce. Such efforts, however, were allegedly met with indifference on young Kevin’s part. Lengthy text messages, according to big Kevin, were returned with one-word replies from the producer’s son. Kevin, Sr., even accuses Wendy of being the force behind the fight that got young Kevin arrested earlier this week.
According to police records, Kevin Hunter, Jr., was arrested after assaulting his father in New Jersey. The celebrity father did not pursue charges against his “mini me” but instead professed his love for young Kevin. “I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally,” Kevin told the press. “Things are not always how they appear,” he concluded.
Wendy Williams filed for divorce from Kevin Hunter a few weeks ago. Both the talk show host and her estranged partner have asked for child support for their son who is 19-years-old. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
