Is Tia Mowry planning to have more kids in the near future? That would be a negative. The celebrity mom tells media that her home is complete with the arrival of her and husband Cory Hardrict’s daughter, Cairo Tiahna Hardrict.
“No,” Tia exclaimed. “Hell no,” she affirmed. “No! I am done! Done, done, done! For real!”
Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict welcomed their daughter last year. Cairo came after Tia and Cory endured problems with fertility caused by Mowry’s journey with endometriosis.
“For some reason, as a ‘celebrity,’ people always think your life is perfect,” Tia said during a candid conversation about her health. “I wondered if I would get backlash if I spoke about it, or say I was making up this condition as an excuse. I know it sounds silly, but it’s difficult to be publicly vulnerable.”
Mowry decided to take the vulnerable path in hopes of helping other women who may suffer in silence. Several months after breaking her silence and expressing a desire to have another child, Tia announced her pregnancy. Fast-forward to the present day, and the celebrity mom continues to spread awareness about self-love and confidence.
“I feel like [confidence] starts with you not looking for people’s approval,” Tia said in a recent Quick Fix episode in which she revealed how she plans to rear baby Cairo. “That’s really important whether you’re a guy or a girl,” the celebrity mom adds, “for you to know who you are for yourself.”
Cairo celebrates her first birthday in May. She is the youngest of Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict’s two kids. The celebrity couple’s son, Cree Hardrict, celebrates his seventh birthday in June. Stay tuned for more celebrity mom news!
