Tamar Braxton is about her business in 2019. The Braxton Family Values star tells Wendy Williams that her perception has drastically changed.

“I just have to walk in the light, and be in the light, and that’s what I’m doing,” Tamar shares. “And it’s not about a label,” the Reality TV star adds. “It’s about my inner happiness, for me. A label don’t make me happy.”

Braxton further explains, “My relationship with money is completely different. We’re friends, now. We know each other. I don’t just know money. Money knows me. I know money. It’s a difference. So I invest. I’m very smart about things. I don’t buy a $13,000 pair of shoes. That’s not my life anymore. I have a kid that I have to provide for.”

Providing for her son, Logan Herbert, is deeper than finances. Tamar Braxton also works with her son’s father, Vincent Herbert, to ensure that Logan receives the emotional support he needs to thrive.

“Vincent and I are not enemies,” Tamar tells Wendy. “We co-parent really, really well. Vince has been under the weather lately. So I’ve been basically holding down the fort. But, like, we’re not enemies. So it’s not a lot of fighting going on.”
