Three generations of women are returning to the table to talk about everything from family to relationships and beyond. Jada Pinkett-Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield-Jones return in Red Table Talk next month, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Jada shared a video clip of her team meeting to plan for the upcoming season premiere. There was a level of energy in the room that exuded through the shot. “Love this concept,” one fan said. “You guys are amazing.” Another Instagram fan wrote, “Can’t wait till Red Table Talk is back.”
Some may remember the subjects discussed during the Red Table Talk series a few months back. Jada, Willow, and Adrienne did not shy away from the subjects of sex, co-parenting, and other issues that some prefer to hide underneath a bushel.
“I knew the night — the night — Jaden lost his virginity,” Jada said during the talk about sex. “I had a moment with Trey in the kitchen where I looked at him and I said, ‘You’ve had sex.’ And he ran into the bathroom … I was like, ‘You don’t have to be embarrassed.’ It was like, their innocence was gone.”

Willow also chimed in on the subject by discussing how her father, Will Smith, tries to broach the topic with her. “Whenever I talk to Dad about it, it’s always an intellectual debate,” Willow revealed. “It’s always like, ‘Speaking of the degradation of females and the past, how do you believe that trickles in to your experience?’ It’s very serious, but it’s not emotional. … And I always feel like the stuff of life is meant to be lived, not analyzed.”
