Matt Barnes is allegedly planning to take full advantage of his ex-wife’s recent arrest. The former NBA star is reportedly making preparations to petition the courts for full custody of his and Gloria’s twin sons.
According to The Blast,
“The ex-NBA star will be filing an emergency motion in Los Angeles Wednesday morning asking a judge to give him full physical and legal custody of the kids.
He wants the former Basketball Wives star given a no-contact order but is requesting that if she gets visitation, it’s with a court-appointed monitor.
The documents ask the court to order her to stay 100 yards away from him, the kids, and the kids’ school.”
Gloria Govan was arrested for child endangerment after getting into an apparent argument with the father of her sons this past Friday. The incident happened at the kids’ school, which made things even worse. Gloria responded to her arrest and eventual release from jail on Saturday.
“Let me tell y’all something,” Gloria told her social media followers. “There isn’t a person on this earth that isn’t struggling with something! I don’t care how much money, success, or followers anyone has. We all have problems. You’re not alone. Trust me.”
