The spotlight was on the legendary Quincy Jones at the latest charity event for the In A Perfect World foundation. Eric Benet and wife Manuela Testolini joined others in paying tribute to the producer who has contributed much to the industry.
Eric and Manuela’s daughters, Amoura and Lucia, were among those who celebrated Quincy on his special night. The girls stole the show and, rather than fight with them, Eric simply gave his girls the floor. “When your kids steal the show, u just gotta go with it,” Manuela shared with her Instagram followers. The celebrity mom also uploaded a picture of her and Eric’s daughters who stood behind the translucent podium while giving the crowd smiles. Eric looked down in full delight as he attempted to continue delivering his speech at the event.
The In A Perfect World foundation gave major praise to Quincy Jones in an Instagram post that pretty much summed up the evening. “We were delighted to honor @quincydjones last night as our first #IAPW Ambassador of Change at our Music+ Art+Philanthropy celebration,” the charity shared online. “He is a tireless champion for helping youth reach their full potential,” the organization added.
