Juicy J and his wife, Regina Perera, are expecting their first child to arrive in coming months. The rapper announced his wife’s pregnancy in an impromptu video with Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday.
Juicy was behind-the-scenes on the set of Kimmel’s show when he revealed the exciting news. “Today, I found out my wife is 12 weeks pregnant,” the rapper shared. “I’m having a baby girl. Yeah, man. Happiest day of my life.”

Regina Perera and Juicy J wed last year. The couple celebrated their one-year anniversary last month. “In today’s day n age where marriage isn’t even considered important or sacred, we happened to have cross that one-year mark line regardless of the chaos type of world we live in,” Regina wrote online. “We managed to make it through our first year which they claim to be the hardest,” she shared. “I’m sitting here thinking if this is the hardest, then life is going to be really good.”

The good times are definitely rolling for Juicy J. The rapper has a thriving career filled with many hit songs. “Sometimes, I make 50 songs and pick out the best 10,” Juicy revealed during an interview with Time Out in 2014. “I just make the music, and people have the say,” he explained. “When I’m making songs, I never call them hits. I knew ‘Bandz A Make Her Dance’ was a good record, but I never knew it was gonna be a hit.”
