Nick Young and the family are swimming with the dolphins. The NBA star and the mother of his children, Keonna Green, recently shared pictures from their trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
One candid showed little Nick getting close to one of the resort’s dolphins. The sea creature appeared eager to give his new human friend a kiss. Little Nick seemed obliging to the notion of hanging with the whale.
Nick Young and Keonna Green appear to be working through the rough spots and building a solid relationship with one another. The celebrity pair were filmed while out at Catch, one of West Hollywood’s hottest restaurants, a few weeks back. Nick serenaded Keonna as they sat in the car, which is a definite sign of the night going well. Now, the NBA star is sharing candids of what appears to be one big happy family in Mexico. How’s that for reuniting?
It was just a last year that Keonna Green opened up about her relationship with then-ex-boyfriend Nick Young. “Nick and I met in high school in 2002. I cheerleaded; he played basketball. We kind of instantly connected,” she shared with Us Weekly. Although she and he were not officially in a relationship, Keonna was several months pregnant with her and Nick’s daughter, Navi.
“We haven’t discussed how we’re going to move forward,” Green revealed. “Right now, he needs to focus on basketball and getting his life in order. Basketball is what puts food on two people’s plates that he’s taking care of. But I will definitely give it a chance if he comes back and says, ‘I’m really going to make this work this time.’ Why not?”
Have Nick Young and Keonna Green rekindled their love? We’ll have to wait and see. For now, the NBA star parents two children with his high school sweetheart.
