The Met Gala, formally known as the Costume Institute Gala, is held annually, marking the grand opening of the Costume Institute’s annual fashion exhibit. This year’s gala, held on May 1st at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, opened the doors to “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garcons: Art Of The In-Between,” and of course, as tradition will have it, celebrities turned out in some of the most awe-inspiring looks, holding true to the tone and tradition of the night.
One of those stars that walked the blue carpet was none other than actor, model, entrepreneur, and activist Jaden Smith.
Recently, we know that Smith cut off his locks, for his upcoming project, Life In A Year, and apparently brought it along with him for the night as an accessory.
Adding his gold bling both around his neck and on his gold teeth, Smith truly made his outfit uniquely Jaden. Another member of #younghollywood that took center stage on the blue carpet with her outfit is twenty-year-old Disney star, Zendaya.
The Spider-man: Homecoming actress dazzled in Dolce & Gabbana, sporting natural hair. Looking nothing less than flawless in her ensemble for this year’s gala, we cannot wait to see how she tops this look for next year.
