Mr. Papers wasn’t too thrilled this past Easter as the rapper did not get to spend the holiday with his daughter, Royal. The celebrity father expressed his frustration online this past Sunday.

“It’s crazy how this is the only way I get to see my own daughter,” Mr. Papers shared along with a picture of his little one. “Happy Easter babygirl daddy loves you so much! I swear to god I’m coming for u Royal.”

Lil Kim, Royal’s mother, didn’t get to spend the holiday with her daughter either due to work commitments. “I didn’t get to see what my baby looked liked for church on Easter because I had to leave out on a flight back to LA,” the artist explained. “She spent the holiday with her Nana.”

Lil Kim and Mr. Papers have endured their share of disagreements as co-parents but always manage to settle them for the sake of Royal. It was just over a year ago that Mr. Papers gave Kim a public apology after going on a rant that criticized her rearing tactics.

“I want to apologize to the girl that I Love and the only girl I will ever Love @lilkimthequeenbee my baby’s mother/ best friend,” Papers wrote. “She is an amazingly beautiful girl inside and out and the realest girl I kno … My heart is with her.”

Royal is Lil Kim and Mr. Papers’ only child together. The little one celebrates her third birthday in June.
