Natalie Nunn is taking full advantage of pregnancy and that includes morning workouts. The reality star recently shared snippets of her exercise regime with Instagram fans.

“RISE AND SHINE,” Natalie exclaimed online. “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me,” she said. Nunn also invited fans to become part of her fitness movement by joining one of the challenges at her website.


Natalie’s fitness passion came about last year after she suffered a miscarriage. “I started going in the gym and found myself just fooling around in there,” the reality star told MadameNoire in a very personal interview. “After the first 90 days, I lost 42 pounds. And people were seeing me do this transformation because I was on Snapchat and Instagram, and people were like, ‘What are you doing?’ and ‘What workouts are you doing?'”

Nunn hasn’t stopped but has rather turned her experiment into an income source. Natalie and her husband, Jacob Payne, started the No Payne No Gain 90-Day Challenge several months back in an effort to promote weight loss through diet and exercise.

“I make more money,” Natalie told MadameNoire of her life changes. “All because I’m up and at it every day with full energy, a glow, no negativity. It’s crazy. Fitness and health is no joke. It affects everything you’re trying to do.”

Natalie Nunn and Jacob Payne are expecting their little one to arrive in coming weeks.
