Jamie Foxx was one of several star performers at a charity event hosted by President Obama and the Democratic Party this past weekend. The all-around entertainer took the stage to sing a number with the support of his two daughters, Corrine and Annalise, who were sitting in the audience.
The girls had the opportunity to meet the president before the day was over, which was a dream come true for Jamie. “#daddydaughtertime with my two beautiful little ones we just met the president! #lifeisgood #godisgood,” wrote Foxx on Instagram.
Saturday’s Democratic National Committee fundraiser served to benefit the upcoming presidential race. Attendees paid $10K for a ticket and enjoyed an array of selections from some of Hollywood’s biggest names in addition to time spent with the president. Jamie Foxx received much praise from President Obama for his performance. The Commander-in-Chief also recognized the star’s step-parents who came to support Foxx.
Kelly Rowland was in attendance at the committee’s fundraiser and interacted with Jamie and his family onstage. See the picture below!
