Congratulations to John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen who are expecting their first child together. The couple shared the news with fans on Monday.
“John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant,” wrote Chrissy on Instagram. “As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching.”
It was just a few weeks ago that Chrissy told FabLife viewers that she and her husband were having a difficult time expanding the family. “I will say, honestly, John and I are having trouble,” shared the model. “We would have kids five, six years ago if it’d happened. But my gosh, it’s been a process!”
Chrissy and John Legend celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary last month. The couple wed on September 24, 2013.
