Actor Taye Diggs and his son Walker were seen walking  in Manhattan in New York City yesterday. The father-son duo were trying to catch the subway when photographers snapped a picture of them.

When not hitting the stage as a transgender German singer for the Broadway revival of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Diggs spends as much time as he can with his son whom he shares with ex-wife Idina Menzel.

In a recent interview with ET, Diggs tells the publication that he and Menzel have mastered the art of co-parenting.

“As people can imagine, it gets rough at times just because we’re not in the same city, but we still love each other and what’s most important is we love our son,” Diggs said. “That stabilizes us. I’m thankful for him.”
