Back in August, we reported that Lil’ Wayne was being sued for allegedly fathering a 12 year old boy. Well, it appears that the paternity suit has since been dropped. The JasmineBrand reports:
Last August, a 30-year-old woman, Keiotia Brown, filed a paternity suit against Lil Wayne in Miami Court. The woman – who is from New Orleans – sued the rapper to establish Wayne as the father to her son and to obtain a court order for child support for her kid. Brown demanded that Wayne be ordered to take a DNA test….
The case has been pending for months without Lil Wayne ever being served with the legal papers and then it appears that Brown got tired of trying to hunt down the rapper and decided to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit against Wayne on March 11th.
Lil Wayne is already father to four kids.
