Who is ready for the Fresh Beat?! Mason and Madilyn, that’s who! The son and daughter of Monyetta Shaw and Ne-Yo, were recently photographed while at the Fresh Beat Band live concert.
“Almost show time,” shared Monyetta along with a picture of her little ones posing in front of a poster just before heading into the concert. “‘Hey guys, my daddy was on your show” …. They couldn’t wait to tell them. So cute! We had a blast,” wrote the star after the concert.
The Fresh Band Beat doubles as a band and television series. The show is about four best friends – Marina, Kiki, Twist and Shout – who attend music school together. They perform as the Fresh Beat Band during several episodes and, in so doing, cause small children who watch the series to develop an appreciation for music. The show also teaches kids about friendship and other qualities in life.
