Akicia Keys enjoyed a spectacular baby shower this past weekend, courtesy of her husband. Swizz Beatz rolled up his sleeves and gave his wife a beautiful party in honor of the impending birth of their second little one. Alicia was all smiles as she lavished in the gifts and surprises her husband and friends gave.
The Deans are expecting their little one to arrive at the end of this month. “They tell me December 31st. I think that’s kind of cute,” said Alicia during an appearance on ‘The View’ earlier this year.
Keys has also told media that she and the family are ecstatic about her expectancy. “A miracle,” shared the singer during a recent interview. “It’s my second time but it still feels like wonderment, like, whoa, how does this happen? Of course my son asked me that question the other day, which I was not quite ready for— ‘Mommy, how did the baby get inside of your belly?'”
