RichDollaz may be a wealthy reality star, but his recent arrest for non-payment of child support is what has the tabloids talking. Although many have characterized the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star as a deadbeat father since the arrest, he tells TheJasmineBrand.com that the whole ordeal was a mix-up.
“I’m not going to pay child support on two different cases.” says the reality star of the open child support case in New Jersey that led to his arrest. “If the lawyers where I live tell me that they’re moving the child support from New Jersey, where I used to live, to Atlanta where I now live, I’m thinking it’s done. I’m not aware that there’s an open case in New Jersey and an open one in Atlanta.”
Despite being booked, charged, and embarrassed due to his attorneys’ oversight, RichDollaz still takes some of the blame. “It was my responsibility to make sure everything was right, I didn’t make sure everything was right but now I’m suffering the consequences,” explains the star.
RichDollaz allegedly owes $11K in back child support.
