Deion Sanders has proven that he is a father who will do anything for his children, but is he an abuser? Pilar Sanders thinks so. The ex-wife of the NFL legend recently took to Twitter to expose Deion as one who uses excessive force with his children.
“I survived domestic violence … but my three children are still being victimized by Deion Sanders … who stops the abuser when mommy can’t and public ‘officials’ won’t,” tweeted Pilar. The former wife of the star athlete then proceeded to share hashtags that suggested that evidence of Deion’s abuse has been presented to the courts but the justice system has refused to take action.
Pilar lost custody of her and Deion’s kids a few months back when a judge deemed it in the best interest of the children to live with dad. Pilar desired to retain full custody of her kids but was unable to prove financial stability.
Deion and Pilar finalized their divorce last year after filing for marriage dissolution in 2011.
