“Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have finally reached a settlement regarding child support payments for their 6-year-old daughter, Nahla.

Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon approved the agreement, which calls for the Oscar-winning actress to pay $16,000 a month to her ex-boyfriend, or nearly $200,000 a year. This is in effect until Nahla turns 19 or graduates from high school, whichever comes first.”

Berry will also pay for Nahla’s school tuition, which comes to around $30,000 per year, and share in health care expenses. The X-Men star was ordered to make a retroactive payment that totaled $115,000, in addition to paying Gabriel’s attorneys fees which were a whopping $300,000.

Nahla is Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s only child together. The actress also has a son named Maceo with husband Olivier Martinez.
