Reality star Laura Govan and her daughters Izela,7, and Hamiley,3, attended the 20th Annual Dream Halloween presented by Keep A Child Alive on October 26th, 2013 in Santa Monica, California. The mom of four dressed up as a cat while Izela dressed up as a pirate cheerleader and Hamiley, a mermaid.
Keep A Child Alive is a non-profit organization “dedicated to providing life-saving AIDS treatment, care, nutrition, support services and love to children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India by directly engaging the global public in the fight against AIDS”.
