Who would have thought that a place like Los Angeles could be so kid-friendly? Mashonda Tifrere, that’s who. In a recent lifestyle post with Global Grind, the singer discussed her Summer trip to the City of Angels in which she took her son, Kasseem David Dean, to several famous spots that were full of family fun. Check out the places that Mashonda visited, and feel free to steal a few for vacations of your own.
Roscoes Chicken and Waffles
Mashonda and Kasseem stopped here first on their visit. Kasseem dined sufficiently, posing for mom as she took a picture of him eating his chicken with waffles.
Universal Studios Hollywood
The second stop on the list, Mashonda and Mr. Dean took a ride with the Transformers and indulged in a bit of art. “He actually sat still long enough to let an artist create a super cute caricature of him,” wrote Tifrere of her son.
Kitson and Vine Street
What better way to end a family fun day in L.A. than with shopping and a walk on Vine? Mashonda and Kasseem stopped by the popular children’s store just before stumbling upon the King of Pop’s star on Vine street. Kasseem instantly fell in love with Michael Jackson’s star, making sure that mom took a picture if him while he was sitting near it.
Mashonda’s list of kid-friendly things to do in L.A. included dining, shopping, sight-seeing, and a bit of adventure. Which ones do you think are best suited for children of all ages?
