Amar’e Stoudemire and wife Alexis shined for the orange carpet as they attended the EPIX premiere of ‘In The Moment’ on Thursday, April 18, 2013. The New York ‘Knicks’ player stood dotingly by his wife, who is expecting their fourth child to arrive next month. Carmelo Anthony, Tyson Chandler, Gayle King, and Grizz Chapman also graced the orange carpet in support of their athletic friend.
‘In The Moment’ is a documentary that follows Amar’e around the city as he endeavors to bring an NBA championship to New York before his career’s end. The athlete will give an up-close-and-personal account of his life, which will cover his childhood as a boy with a mom who was in and out of jail and the monumental job offer he received from the NBA at the tender age of 18.
All three of Amar’e’s kids, along with Alexis, will be featured in the film. ‘In The Moment’ premieres tonight (April 19) at 8/7c on HBO.
