KEKE WYATT BACK IN HOSPITAL WITH SON KE’ZYAH: I’M SAD, I’M MAD, I’M SCARED’

Keke Wyatt is leaning on faith once again as she navigates another health scare with her youngest son, Ke’Zyah Jean Darring.

The R&B singer and reality star revealed on social media that her son, who was diagnosed with trisomy 13, is currently back in the hospital and on a ventilator. “Back to this again. I just don’t understand,” she said in a video. “He was fine….I’m frustrated, I’m sad, I’m mad, scared. I don’t understand.”

Wyatt shared that while Ke’Zyah has experienced pneumonia several times before, this time feels different. “He’s been so perfect and out of nowhere, we here and doing this. Life support crap. This is nuts. It’s been so long since I have seen him like this.”

Now being monitored closely over the next 24 hours, Ke’Zyah is set to celebrate his third birthday on May 27.

Despite the emotional toll, Wyatt’s humor and honesty remained present as she added, “He is doing too much and getting on my nerves.”

Ke’Zyah is the second child Wyatt shares with her ex-husband Zackariah Darring. The former couple welcomed their son in May 2022. Their first child, son Ke’Riah, was born in January 2020.

The singer is a proud mother of 11 children in total. She became a mom for the first time at age 18 with the birth of her son Keyver, whom she shares with her first husband, Rahmat Morton. The two also welcomed Rahjah Ke’ and Ke’Tarah Victoria before divorcing in 2009. Wyatt later gave birth to a daughter named Heaven, who was stillborn.

In 2010, Wyatt married Michael Ford and had four children with him: Ke’Mar Von, Wyatt Michael, Ke’Yoshi, and Kendall Miguel. She also helped raise Ford’s daughter, Mickayla, from a previous relationship.

Throughout her journey, Wyatt has been open about her love for motherhood. “I think I have an anointing on motherhood,” she told The Christian Post in 2017. “I know it sounds funny, but I really think that it’s a gift of mine. It can be difficult, but when you love something and are passionate about it, it’s not really that hard.”
