The Game has shared the very first photo of he and Shaneice Hairston’s son, Blaze Taylor.
The rapper took to Instagram on Friday to share an adorable photo of their little one, captioning it, “Beautiful baby boy overload.“Blaze Taylor”. I love you son.”
Evelyn Lozada, ever the proud grandmother, reposted the sweet photo and added her own sweet message: “This little blue-eyed angel made me a grandma, and I’m forever grateful! You’ve brought so much joy into my life that words can’t even explain. I love you more than anything, Blaze Taylor! ”
Although Shaniece Hairston didn’t share a post about her son on Instagram, she did post a photo of herself with The Game, confirming their relationship and putting lingering rumors to rest.
For months, fans speculated that Shaniece and The Game had welcomed a child together, but the couple had kept quiet—until now.
In a recent interview with Life & Style Weekly,, Shaniece opened up about becoming a mom and explained why she and The Game were initially hesitant to share Blaze with the public.
“I had a boy, by the way,” she shared. “Every day, it’s like he changes. I always knew time went by fast, but watching my son now, i know goes by even faster than I could have possibly imagined.”
When asked if they’d share more about Blaze in the future, Shaniece explained their decision to keep him out of the spotlight for now.
“[His] Dad and I aren’t ready yet to do that. I mean, we will be eventually—we’re just not ready right now. We are very, very protective over our child. And I kind of dealt with enough scrutiny when I was pregnant, when I got—when I aired my pregnancy, that I don’t want that for my child. Not at this moment in time. He’s so small,” she said.
Shaniece continued, “We can’t hide him forever, but I don’t know—we just want to love on him and protect him. And, you know, with social media, there’s so many different energies going around.”
Blaze Taylor is already surrounded by so much love, and fans are thrilled to finally see the newest addition to their family!
