“The thing about these two is that they’re always fighting and they’re threatening divorce,” Wendy said of Erica and Safaree’s relationship. Williams also played a response video that Erica posted to those who left scrutinizing comments after learning of her and Safaree’s expectancy.

“Granted, there’s been mistakes made, immaturely, but a marriage is a marriage,” Mena admitted. “And unfortunately, there’s been mishaps. In any marriage, sh*t happens. When you’re in the public eye, my husband and I have both realized that things should be kept in.”

Erica criticized those who took shots at her after she shared the news of her expectancy online. The Love and Hip Hop (LHH) attempted to shift blame for the negative backlash on the public.

“We’re not trying to be anything,” Wendy Williams said in response to Erica’s accusations. “You’re the one putting it out there, Erica,” the talk show host declared.

“I don’t really know you much, Erica, but I do know Safaree enough,” Wendy told her audience. “You all need to stop fighting and threatening divorce so much,” the television personality told the Love and Hip Hop stars. “You all need to grow up and grow into being parents. And if you’re not going to want to be married, then just get a divorce and co-parent.”

Wendy wished Erica Mena and Safaree the best in life at the end of her rant. Such remarks, however, came too late for Erica who tweeted a venomous response to Wendy’s “Hot Topic” segment.

“At this point let’s link up so I can beat your a**,” Mena said. “Your ex-husband didn’t do a good job enough,” the LHH star added.

Many criticized Erica Mena for attempting to shame Wendy Williams for the television personality’s experience with domestic violence. Erica ultimately deleted the tweet.

Safaree and Erica Mena are expecting their second child to arrive in the coming weeks.
