Zaya Wade celebrated her thirteenth birthday on May 29, 2020. The daughter of former NBA player Dwyane Wade had the support of her family at a Medieval themed birthday party. And since June is Pride Month, Zaya decided to share a few pictures from her photoshoot.
Both Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade supported their daughter by wearing Medieval attire. Dwyane’s apparel was amplified by the accessories. Gabrielle, meanwhile, wore an entire costume with headwear that showed her dedication to the party’s theme. “Stronger together,” Zaya shared along with a picture from her party.
Zaya Wade decided to openly live in her truth last June. The youngster had the support of her family at the Miami PRIDE parade, which is meant to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community while advocating for equality in the United States.
Zaya’s announcement led to both praise and criticism. Many celebrated the youngster for being brave. Some trolls, however, have refused to accept Dwyane Wade’s daughter despite claiming neutrality on the matter.
Sill, Zaya Wade refuses to allow critics to impact her pride. The youngster continues to post fierce photos on Instagram while encouraging everyone to enjoy life in freedom.
