Kimbella had a spectacular baby shower this past weekend, thanks to the hard work of Remy Ma and JuJu Casteneda. The celebrity mom had nothing but gratitude for her friends who went out of their way to make sure that Kimbella knew she was supported.
“@iamjuju_ and @remyma put together a beautiful baby shower for me,” Kimbella exclaimed after this past weekend’s festivities convened. “I’m so grateful for these two women,” the celebrity mom continued. “They went out of their way so myself, family, and friends could celebrate this blessing together! And the shower was SO beautiful. Remy Martha and JuJu on that beat did ALL of THAT!! Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of my heart!”
“Santana’s Town” was the theme of Kimbella’s baby shower hosted by Remy and JuJu. Blue was the central color, which matched perfectly with the expectant mom’s dress. Kimbella even told her Instagram fans that the “dress from @fashionnova was perfect for the theme.” Wasn’t it, though?
Kimbella has endured her share of challenges since her husband, Julez Santana, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm. The rapper was sentenced to two years in prison, which by default has left Kimbella as a single parent. The celebrity mom penned a moving letter a few weeks ago, which gave insight into how she felt about Julez Santana’s absence.
“There’s NOT a day or night that goes by that I do not miss my husband,” Kimbella exclaimed. “This challenge has been SO challenging for me, for my kids, for the family,” she exclaimed. “I know everything happens for a reason and I’m letting GOD do his work and lead the way.”
The celebrity mom went on to tell her supporters, “I travel to Virginia every other week with my children to see my husband so they can spend quality time with their father, it feels so good to spend those hours with him during our visits, It’s not easy but I know that is what I’m supposed to do! It’s tough not having my husband by my side these past 3 months!! I’m staying positive, busy and holding our empire down! That’s ALL I KNOW!”
