The 2-year-old was carried onto the field by his father who proudly held Saint on his shoulders. Saint faced the crowd, took the ball in his hand, and threw it to one of the catchers. Kanye gave the official pitch that made it all the way to the MLB player.

It was just a few days ago that Kanye West got candid about his Chicago roots and how he plans to bring more innovativeness to the table in coming years. “I need y’all as a city to have my back,” he said to his fans in the Windy City. “I promise you, you’re going to see a new Ye,” Kanye vowed. “You’re going to feel the impact of the new relationships and the new ideas and the exposure that I’ve gathered. It’s about to be applied now.”

Although Kanye West feels the love in his hometown, he admitted that such affection seems to wane to the growing popularity of Drake in Chicago. “I’m pitted in competitions directly with Drake,” West revealed. “Sometimes I don’t feel the love — like when I come to Chicago and I hear three Drake records and no Ye records.”

Kanye West is the proud father of three children. Saint is the rapper’s only son. Stay tuned for more celebrity father news!
