Family is everything and vacations are cool. Melanie Brown, a.k.a. Mel B, has the best of both worlds as she relaxes and recuperates with her daughters in beautiful Hawaii.
The America’s Got Talent judge has been sharing pictures and video footage of her and the family in vacation mode for the past several days. One video clip shows the group praying before consuming what could be lunch. Madison leads the segment as Mel looks around and appreciates her kids.
“Madison’s prayer before we eat makes my heart melt every time,” Mel told her followers. “We have always done this but now more than ever we say thank you.”

Mel B has much to be thankful for despite living out very public divorce proceedings from her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte. It was just a few weeks ago that Mel shared a discussion that she and her 18-year-old daughter had about relationships and the ability to walk away from tumultuous affairs.
“Being a good person doesn’t guarantee that others will be good people too,” Mel said. “You only have control over yourself and how you choose to be as a person, as for others well you can choose to either accept them or walk away, even if your left all alone with no one it doesn’t really mean you’re alone, no. It just means you’re strong enough to handle things all by yourself.”
