Lil Kim would never keep her daughter away from her father for spite. The rapper recently advised social media fans not to believe fabricated stories that maker her look like the villain in her and Mr. Papers’ custody battle over little Royal.
“I wasn’t going to address this because it is a personal legal family issue, but I feel that my fans deserve to know the truth,” tweeted Kim. “Do not be fooled by the lies that are being told by theses god awful blogs. I did not renege on my statement at all. I have no reason to do that and the RTO still stands.”
The rapper went on to tell fans that Mr. Papers “is the reason he hasn’t seen his daughter. I would never want to take my daughter away from her father. But he has a lot of personal issues that need to be worked out. Being as though I am being dragged into a court room, ultimately they get to decide what they think is best for my daughter. But I have faith in God and trust that he will make the final decision on what’s best for my daughter!”
Papers filed for visitation rights after Lil Kim refused to let him see Royal at least one day out of the week. The celebrity mom later told the courts that her protectiveness was because of Mr. Papers’ abusive nature. Royal is the former couple’s only child together.
