Jamie Foxx is officially a dad of three!
The actor, 58, has welcomed his third child, his first with girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp, 31, sources confirm to PEOPLE. The couple has not publicly announced the birth, and the baby’s name, sex and arrival date have not been revealed.
Foxx is already a dad to two daughters: Corinne, 32, whom he shares with ex Connie Kline, and Anelise, 18, with former partner Kristin Grannis.
TMZ first reported Huckstepp’s pregnancy in May, saying she was several months along. In August, Foxx and Corinne confirmed the news in an interview with Extra while promoting Season 8 of their game show Beat Shazam.
“Yeah, I’m very excited. I’m very excited for him. He’s the best dad in the world, and so he is going to thrive and excel. It’s gonna be amazing,” Corinne said of becoming a big sister again.
Foxx may have let the baby’s sex slip during that same interview. When asked whether his youngest child would follow in his footsteps on the tennis court, the comedian replied, “Man, he’s gonna play some tennis for sure.”
The Oscar winner also addressed becoming a dad later in life when he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in September.
“I got a baby on the way … still got it!” Foxx said. “About to be back in the drop-off line.”
He added, “I wasn’t on the fence about it, but being 58 … you know what I’m saying?”
Kimmel asked whether Foxx had worked out how old he would be as the baby grows up, and Foxx said he had.
“I even tell my girl, I said, ‘Look, just hang in there for 12 years. If I’m 58, 12 years I’ll be 70,’” he joked, imagining himself sitting with a blanket over his legs and eating tapioca pudding.
